[Alec/Jay]

Alec grabbed the first healer wearing light yellow robes he passed, stumbling over his words as he hurriedly apologized but explained that his sister was about to give birth, dammit, and their healer was no where to be found. The pretty, young witch with pixie-cut blonde hair secured back with a headband nodded as she hurried next to him back to the room.
Entering, she gave Nara a happy smile, and began talking with a low, soothing voice. "Hi there, mummy-to-be, Im Paige Adams, and i guess I'll be your healer today. You look like you're having fun!" she joked as she washed her hands and took a seat at the end of the bed. Alec moved to stand next to Nara, offering to hold one of her hands. Healer Adams did her thing, and grinned up at Nara. "We're almost ready, sweetheart! Just a little bit longer! Try not to break your brother's hand, there."

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

Kaalee managed to get herself stuck in-between a bed and a wall. This is what happens when she shadow travels somewhere unknown.
"Goddamnit." Kaalee muttered.

[Nara]

I looked from the healer to Alec in confusion but the contractions were still coming so I had no time to ask question, I pinched in Alec's hand.

"I want to have the baby out now, this hurts so badly!" I moaned in pain.

"Please I can't do this!" Nara whispered

[Alec/Jay]

Alec frowned and glanced worriedly at the clock. It had been nearly five minutes since Kaalee had left the hospital. She should've been back by now. Reaching out with his magic, he attempted sending her a silent communication, something he had only done successfully once before.
"...Kaalee? What the hell are you doing?"

The healer patted Nara's knee gently. "I know, sweetheart. Just a few more minutes, I promise you, and then the birth canal will be wide enough for your baby to pass through safely. You can do it!"

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"I'm...um stuck. Between a bed and a wall." Kaalee reinforced the connection with the shadows.

[Nara]

Nara lied with her head in the pillows, her whole head was sweating drenched. Nara felt tiredness washing over her.

"I'm so tired, please just let me have my baby!" Nara sighed desperately.

[Alec/Jay]

Alec snorted in laughter, quickly hiding it as cough when the healer sent him a raised brow. He conveyed his amusement through the link. Oh how I wish I could see that. But we kind of need you here, so why don't you use your little shadow buddies to move from that spot? Because Nara is pretty much giving birth right now and I don't know if I can do this.

The healer checked Nara again. "Oh, Sweetheart, you're pretty much ready! Are you breathing? In and out, in and out."

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

Kaalee district reply but she couldn't move. That was why the shadows dumped her here, because it was the only shadow I the too. She started rocking violently, trying to moveam the bed away from the wall.

[Nara]

Nara panicked.

"What do I have to do, I don't know what to do." Nara yelled. The pain and the pressure was overwhelming her.

" Aaaaaaahhh no please no this hurts!" Nara screamed

[Alec/Jay]

"Nara, love, you need to relax!" Alec said, trying to calm her down.

The healer's soothing voice broke through. "Don't worry, sweetheart, I'll guide you through it. What I need you to do right now is to breathe with me, okay?" she began to take deep, slow breaths in a steady rhythm. "Okay, now, all you have to do is grab his hand for fear life and push. Okay, breathe in and when you exhale, push the baby out!"

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

Kaalee finally realized that it wasn't going to work. She sucked in her pride and licked her lips.
"Felipe!" She called, knowing he could hear her.

[Alec/Jay]

Felipe appeared, sitting cross-legged on top of the dresser across from her, his head propped up on his folded hands and one eyebrow raised. "You called, madam?" He smirked at her, his voice a taunting lilt.

[Nara]

Nara took a deep breath in and pushed, tears and sweat streamed down her face. She couldn't push any longer so she stopped catching up her breath. She let go off Alec and took another breath in and pushed again, Nara could feel herself becoming more dizzy. When she stopped pushing she looked at Alec. "I don't feel very well, where is Kaalee?" I begged him

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"Shut up and help me. My best friend is giving birth and I can't be there because some git decided to leave the light on!" Kaalee said, cross.

[Alec/Jay]

Felipe sighed and snapped his fingers, causing an ice blue spark to appear briefly. The bed moved itself away from the wall and the lights turned off, so the only illumination in the room came from the sunlight that filtered through the curtain.
"Can I do anything else for you?" he asked, his tone bored.


Alec smoothed her hair back from her face, and tried to keep it in focus. He was feeling a little lightheaded. "Uh, she should be appearing any second now."

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"I'm sorry Felipe, I've got too much crap going on and I'm taking it out on random people." Kaalee said quietly. She grabbed the book and sighed.
"I have to go but I ow you big time." Kaalee said before apperating away.



"Sorry Nara, I got stuck." Kaalee said, going to her other side.

[Alec/Jay]

With a bored movement, he waved off her apology, saying that he had nothing better to do anyway. Then he leaned back and disappeared into te mirror, it's surface rippling like water.

"How nice of you to join us," Alec grimaced at Kaalee.

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"Shut up! I was seriously stuck, I had to call Felipe to help me!" She hissed, but she was smiling.

[Nara]

Nara looked at Kaalee, then she took one deep breath and pushed again hoping it was the last push she had to give because she felt extremely dizzy. She pushed and pushed and then the baby came out and Nara fell with her head in her pillow, everything was circling around her, she closed her eyes and then she slips away.

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

(Mila! It is one o'clock in.the morning! Go to bed!)

[Nara]

(It's 2:16 to be precisely:D I'm not tired yet! I want to have the baby now post a reply!)

[Alec/Jay]

He stuck his tongue out at her, then glanced down at Nara then at the healer who was holding a bloody little bundle that began crying after she tapped it on the cheek. "Is that normal?" he asked the healer who moved to the side of the room to finish the process.
She glanced at Nara and shook her head. "I guess it happens sometimes, if the mother forgets to breathe." She looked back down at the baby that was now free of blood and dhe was weighing and measuring. "You know, this is the largest, most healthy premie I've ever seen?"

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

(I forgot you guys don't have daylight savings times and I'm waiting for en)

Kaalee smiled, as tears started down her face.

[Nara]

(You know I blacked out, I'm not falling asleep!)

[Alec/Jay]

Alec smiled proudly down at Nara before glancing up at Kaalee. He chuckled softly when he saw her crying. He walked around the bed and pulled her into a hug, leaning his cheek against the top of her head.
