"I'm not a drunk. At least I don't think I'm a drunk. I don't feel like a drunk." She said, before shaking her head.
"Anyways, I should probably go see how much money I've spent. I want to see if I've got enough to buy a house in Australia. Maybe I'll do that the next time we have a break." She said thoughtfully.

[Alec/Jay]

"Ah, but you WERE drunk whn you ran into me," he smirked and tapped her nose. "Uhh, Australia? I think you've already bought a house there, love. Which, by the way, I wouldn't mind visiting," he waggled his eyebrows. "After all, how could you ever say no to a body and face like THIS?" He struck a pose.

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"Like this, no." Kaalee said, hitting him on the back of the head.
"Did I? Hmm...lovely." She said, biting the inside of her cheek.

[Alec/Jay]

Alec pouted, rubbing the back of his head. "Youre such a bully!" he whined grabbing her hand and looking at her with reproachful eyes. However, a flash of mischief appeared in his eyes before he closed them and draped his arms around Kaalee's shoulders, acting like he couldn't stand and was crying. "My heart, it's breaking! Oh, the pain, how awful! You tear my heart up and then hit me, how awful."

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

Kaalee rolled her eyes, freezing when she looked at her left hand. She shook him off and held her hand up, inspecting her third finger. She had nail marks in her finger, something they would have looked over because they were already mostly healed over. It was like...like someone was trying to get a ring off but it was to tight.
"Where'd Amalia torture me this time?" Kaalee asked him, her voice tight. If she was right...

[Alec/Jay]

Alec froze, his eyes wide when he saw what she was looking at. "Uhh, um, your mom's house in France?" he offered in a small voice.

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

She melted into the shadows, before reappearing at her mom's house.
"Accio...engagement ring." She said but nothing came, since she didn't really know what it was. She sighed and got to work looking manually.

[Alec/Jay]

Alec frowned because he knew what she was going to do. With a sigh he apparater there and steppe through the front door. He migt as we'll be the one to answer her question when she found what she was searching for. "Kaals?" he called.

(ugh. Brb in 30-40 minutes)

"Do you know what it looks like?" She asked him, coming out of the kitchen.

[Alec/Jay]

(Wow I'm really bad at guessing time...)

"What what looks like?" Alec asked

(That's okay, I was eating dinner for most of it ^.^)

"The engagement ring, that was on my finger, that Amalia injured me taking off. I'm assuming you know what it looks like." Kaalee said.

"How long are you going to dislike Nara?" Nicholas asked looking up at me.

"It isn't that I dont like her, it is just that it seems like evil follows her...no matter how good she is...and I almost lost you..." I said sadly. I really didn't hate Nara, just what followed her.

[Alec/Jay]

"O-Oh, yeah sure I know what it looks like," Alec chuckled and stepped into the living room, surprising a shudder at the bad memories. Instead he focused on the good memories he had inthe house, and a content smile stretched across his face. He raised his wand and performed a silent accio charm, summoning the ring; nonverbal spells were his specialty, aside from healing.
The platinum, 3-karat diamond ring zoomed into his hand. He caught it and turned over the piece of jewelry, looking at the inside where he had had the jeweler engrave "Always" on the band. It had cost him weeks of scrimping in order to afford it, but he thought it was perfect.
"here," he said simply, holding out his hand for her to take the ring.

[Nara]

I strolled through the hospital and before I knew it I was outside, I sat down on a bench.
" do you mind if I sit next to you?" someone asked. I looked up and nodded.
"did you lost someone too?" he asked.

" no but I have to go back inside." I stood up and walked inside seeing healer Jinn walking to me shaking her head.

"Come on you still have to rest and don't go outside without telling someone" I just let myself drag away. I decided that I would change after I slept.

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

She held the ring gingerly, looking over it. It was beautiful, no doubt about it. Her perfect ring.
"If I asked you who gave me this ring, would you tell me? Or would you stick to Jonnilee's rules, not giving me any information." She asked him.

Alec bit his lip, and looked down at his feet, deep in thought. He could tell her and possibly cause her mental harm, but she would know the truth and would refuse Zane's advances. Or he could stick to Jonni's rules and hope that he could win her back, but Zane could tell her that he was the one who gave her the ring and then Alec would be the one left without a hope. He was stuck in quite the situation. He groaned and rubbed the back of his head. "Kaals...I--I don't know. I don't want to hurt your brain," he gave her a small smile and then scratched his head again.

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"No I get it. I'd probably be the same way." Kaalee said, holding up her hands in surrender.
"I'm going to go back to my office." She said, turning away so he couldn't see her tears and disapperating.

She got back to her office just as body wracking sobs enveloped her. She sank down against her desk, silently crying. She never used to cry silently, which means some crap has gone down from her last memory.

[Alec/Jay]

Alec frowned at the spot she had disapparated from. He saw her shoulders shaking, so he knew she was crying, but he didn't know why. He sighed and rubbed his hands down his face. He was on vacation from Hogwarts until tomorrow at 8, and so he figured he wouldn't return to the castle for a little while. A wry smile formed on his face; he knew ecacly what he needed. He turned on his heel.
He appeared outside of the Hogs Head, which had become quite the happening place after the war. Alec made his way to the bar and sat down heavily on a stool. "Gimme a shot of your finest firewhiskey and a shot of your cheapest cactus juice, Ab. I need to get hammered." The older man gave Alec a raised brow but said nothing as he placed two shot glasses in front of the haggard looking young man. In one, he poured amber liquid, and in the other, a soft, sea foam green liquid. Toasting Aberforth, Alec downed the seafoam green cactus juice (a wizarding variation of tequila) and winced at the searing liquid. Alec grimaced in appreciation. "That's some cheap liquor." He chased the cactus juice down with the firewhiskey, sighing at the smooth burn.

Felipe appeared in Kaalee's office, looking down at the crying girl with emotionless, unseeing eyes. His strange magic let him apparate into Hogwarts even with all of the protections. He kneeled in front of Kaalee and put his hand on her shoulder.

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"Who the bloody hell are you and how did you get in my office?" She asked, but not with her usual snark. She could see he was blind, but somehow knew if she went to grab her want he'd know, even if she could reach it without moving her shoulder.

[Alec/Jay]

Without a word, Felipe reached up and touched her temple with the tips of his pointer finger and middle finger. Ice-blue light, the same shade as his eyes, glowed around th area of contact. He had restored the tiny part of Kaalee's memory that involved him so she knew who he was. "Remember me now?" At her wordless nod, he gave a tiny smile. "Good. Now want totell me what the reason for your tears is?"

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"Felipe, long time no see." She said, wiping away her tears.
"Think you can do that with the rest of my memory?" She laughed without any real humor.
"And to answer your question, I'm crying because I'm stressed beyond stressed and when I get stressed I cry. But why are you here?" She asked him.

[Alec/Jay]

"I'll answer your questions once you answer mine," was Felipe's smooth response. "What has you stressed? Is it that idiot cousin of mine? Because so help me, I will beat that little brat to a pulp if he's making you cry." Felipe showed real emotion for the first time since he met her, smiling and joking around about his favorite cousin.

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"Not at all. Well I don't think so. I don't know. I can't remember the past two years of my life and apparentely I got engaged." She said, holding up the ring.
"And I may never know who my fiancé was." She sighed.
"Okay...your turn." She said, putting the ring back on her finger.

[Alec/Jay]

Felipe ran his fingers over the ring on her hand. He let out a low whistle. "Tjats quite the ring you have there, Ms. Black. Some man sure loves you a lot. My turn? Alright. I'm here to give you company in your time of obvious strife, and to give you a solution. What if I were to tell you I could give you back all of your memories that you have ever lost in your lifetime?"

[Kaalee/Jonnilee]

"I'd say that you're a miracle worker and that I'd be in your debt for this life and whatever afterlife comes after this. I'd also ask what the catch is." She said, barely breathing.
