Evelyn bit her lip nervously and hugged Kaalee. She smiled and explained what happened during the war. "I-I left. I went to America... I was so, so hurt. I saved up enough Muggle money and bought a areoplane ticket and left. I just got back a few days ago. I haven't seen George... I-I.." she looked away. "I've been... struggling..."

"awww girl don't worry and welcome to the club, it'll all be okay but i have to find Nicholas i just want to talk to him about the whole situation, i'll catch up with you later." i smiled but then walked towards the castle to find Nicholas.

I headed out onto the grounds. Fresh air is what I needed right now. As I stood outside, I saw three people. One of them looked like someone I hadn't seen in a long time. Quickly, I ran across the grounds, down to the black lake.

"Evelyn!" I said, a smile on my face. I could tell that she was feeling a little down, one by the wayshe wasl ooking down and two from her emotions.

"Oh, it is you!" I said happily. I ran over and hugged her.
"I was sure you were dead..." I whispered to her as I hugged her.

Evelyn hugged her back and smiled sadly at Kaalee. "Yeah," she said. "A lot of people should believed that. That's the story I wanted. I didn't know if I were to come back."

i walked through the hallways searching for Nicholas but i bumped into Draco.

"Sorry" he said not looking at me. i walked past him but he grabbed my hand and stopped me.

"I'm sorry that i'm ruined your relationship Nara but i don't want to loose you and i just want you to know the truth."

i pushed my arm out of his hand.

"Honestly Draco, you are just in time, you ruined my whole dream right now and on this point you lost me now" i said and walked away.

"Does George know? He has been so upset for awhile over everything." I said, remembering the last time we talked.

Evelyn bit her lip and shook her head. "I haven't talked to him since the week after I got this," she pointed to her scars. "How's he and Fred?" she asked smiling. She couldn't wait to see the both of them!

My smiled dropped and a felt a small tear fall down my face.
"You don't know...Fred...dead..." I said, trying my best to not brake down. Having to say it aloud really brought it to life for me. I could hardly even say it. "He died...during the war..."

Evelyn stopped smiling and tears started to well up in her eyes. "What?" she looked down and tears fell from her eyes. "He's... Oh my God, I need to see George." She started crying and just staring at the ground. "It's all my fault..."

i gave up searching for him and went to the slytherin common room, i sat down on the couch and watched the fireplace, it relaxed me and took away every memory i had.

Seeing her cry, brought the tears down my face too.
"No it's not Evelyn. It's not your fault...don't blame yourself. You weren't there..." I said, remembering that day very clearly. I put a hand on her back.

"It's a good thing you weren't there, George would of lost it if you had died too." Kaalee told her.

"Probably." George said quietly from behind them.

I looked her into her eyes.
"Your not a dead girl walking, okay. Listen to me, I was there...I was right by his side. If it is anyone's fault, it is mine. I should have acted faster and counteracted the spell that killed him..." I said.

I looked up from Evelyn, over her shoulder at George.

Evelyn smiled at Amethyst sympathetically and turned around. She started crying more. "George!" she ran and hugged him.
