I sat down in the field when i felt a huge headache come up i placed both of my two hands on my head to stop it but didn't work. The pain was unbearable i fell over and started to yell and cry and trying to shut down my mind.

i let everything go, don't fighting it, it was really hard because of the pain. i was breathing very heavily.
