I stood up grabbed his hand and walked towards the castle grounds.

"Nicholas is there something wrong?" i asked him

"No. Does it seem like something is wrong?" He asked.

"Well yeah it does, i don't know you seems to act different around me more different then before i died." i said but shook my head.

"Well maybe i'm just tired and seeing things when they are not here" i sighed.

We reached the black lake and i looked over the water deep in thoughts.

"How am I acting different around you? I really don't understand." He said, still holding her hand. He was looking over the water of the lake as well.

I walked into the class, which wasn't about to start for another ten minutes at the lest. I saw Draco sitting with some friends. This was the only class we had together. I walked over to him, holding the note Nicholas had sent me a few minutes before.
"Hear you going on a double date. Which girl did you have to birb to go on one with you?" I asked.

I snapped out of my thoughts and leant against him and looked up at him.

"I don't know you seems to be more quiet then before, if there is something you'd tell me right?" i asked him lying my head on his chest.

"Nic told you!?" Draco hissed. Draco growled. "I'm asking Lily Vega, the new girl who you helped with Charms"

"Nic tells me everything. You should know this by now." I said with a grin.
"Lily Vega? Hmm, she seems nice enough but why would she fall for your...well...boyish charms?" I said doing my best to keep a giggle down.

Nicholas wrapped his arms around Nara.
"Yes, I would tell you. There is just a lot going on right now, with my sister and family. I deal with stress by being quite." He said

Draco growled. "So where is Nicholas now, he is in the same year and the same house as me but he isn't here. I thought you said he told you everything?" Draco smirked.

"Your sister has a lot to deal with i know but why don't you talk maybe i can help you?" i said to him, smelling his scent on his shirt that made my butterflies flutter around my stomach.

"Right." I said, opening up the note.
"Please tell Draco that I won't be making it to class today. The lake is calling me." I read in my best Nicholas mocking voice that I had.
"He dose tell me everything." I said with grin.

"I'm just trying to figure out what is going to happen once Amethyst and I are done with school." Nicholas said.

"hmm the lake snogging with Nara, next time she feels sick we are going to be aunt and uncle" Draco said smirking

"Did you make any plans before you knew the war started?" i asked him carefully.

"Well you know, that is what love birds do." I said shrugging.
"Anyways, good luck on your date." I said walking off to my seat. I threw a wave goodbye over my shoulder at him.

"Well, she had Fred. Dad was alive and mum wasn't crazy. So they plans then don't really matter now." Nicholas said, shrugging his shoulders. It was a move that everyone in his family did when they wasn't much to say on a topic.

Draco walked in still smirking at her and he took his seat.

"Well....umm...i'm sorry Nic about your dad and your mum, i can't believe i have the same last name as the man who gave orders to...to...do that to your dad." i sighed and pulled myself out of his grip and walked towards the water.

I stopped and turned around, tears pricked in my eyes. "do you think your mother would approve that we are together? She will be outraged, she will hate me!" i said tears falling from my eyes i wiped them away.

"Sorry, well i don't know what the future will bring us but you have to wait another year before i'm done with school so i think you should buy of build a house and live there with Amethyst and be happy or maybe you should think about that for second and wait till you're really done with school or..." i stopped when i looked at his face. "Sorry" i looked over the water again.

"I know your smirking at me Draco. Save it for your date!" I said turning around in my seat to look at him. I stuck my touge out at him and then turned back around.

"Don't worry about my mum. She forgot about who I was a while ago. Blocked me out of her mind." Nicholas said.
"I'll figure stuff out when the time get closer." He said.

"With pleasure" Draco said smiling to Amethyst.

I walked up to Nic and buried my head in his chest and wrapped my arms around him.

"That is really mean why would she do that?" i asked him not knowing if he could understand me because i was talking towards his chest instead of talking to his head.

I stepped back and looked at him.

"Yeahh he is but that doesn't mean that your mum can abandon you. I know it is hard but what she is doing now is making it more difficult especially for her and your sister" i couldn't believe my eyes what his mother was doing.

"It's how she is dealing with it. I don't care. My sister and I can take care of ourselves and she can go deal with the lose and get better." Nicholas said.
"Let's just drop it, okay?" He said.

I looked at him a bit shocked at his comment, i felt slightly uncomfortable now. i turned around and looked at the water.

"Sorry" i muttered quietly.

"I have to go and do something." Nicholas said.

"Well okay then i'm going to the common room and do some homework" i pulled myself out of his hug and walked towards the castle, deep in thoughts why he had to leave so abruptly.

Nicholas ran off into the building. He knew that my class would be ending soon and he stood outside the door, waiting for me to walk out.

I walked out of my class, to find Nicholas standing there, waiting for me.
"I don't know how you can be friends with Draco. He smirks way too much." I said.

"Yeah, well, it is what makes us great friends." He said, smirking at me.
Nicholas took me by the arm and pulled me off. I didn't know where he was taking me and he didn't say anything. He kept pulling until we reached a hallway that no one really used any more.

"What are we doing after we finish up school?" He asked, stopping and turning around to face me.

I looked at him for a minute.

"Well, I am moving into the house by the sea. The one on dad's side of the family. He left it to me. I planned of writing. Maybe taking over his job. Spent the whole time in class thinking about. Don't know what your plans are." I said. After are talk earlier that afternoon, I spent the rest of the day figuring out what I was going to with my life after school.

"Oh...well. Okay." Nicholas said. He pulled on the hem of his robe and then walked off. I stood there for a few minutes, a little confused.

I sat down for the fireplace with my homework, sighing deeply.

Draco walked in and looked weird at me.

"I thought you were with Nic at the black lake" he said confused.

"I was but he had to do something so now we are not" i gave him a fake smile and returned to my homework.

"Did you two had a fight?" he asked me curiously

"No we had no fight i said he had to do something so get over it okay!"

"Wow still grumpy are we" Chuckled Draco, he walked away.

"I think she is a beautiful grumpy." Nicholas said as he walked into the commons room to See Nara and Draco.
"Sorry, I just had to talk to Amethyst." He said

Draco chuckled at him.

"Don't be blinded by love Nic, she is not grumpy she is irritated." Draco said to him and looked at Nara.

"Struggling with her homework, she's definitely changed, she was always into learning and making her homework and now it's difficult" Draco looked back at Nic and snapped his fingers in front of his face.

"Don't undress her with your eyes when i'm standing next to you mate" Draco shook his head and plumped down on the couch.
