"The hardest one will be Draught of the Living Death." She told him, opening the page.

"Yeah, Horace made us brew it for a vial of luck. They have it in the books but I find my father's to be much better." She told him getting all the ingredients out.

I did. "Eww, slothbrain? I don't even want to think about the fact that someone is going to be ingesting this." I shuddered. Quickly, I retrieved the ingredients and placed them on the table in front of her. "What next, oh wise one?"

"Crush the sopophorous bean with the dull edge of the silver blade and put the juices in the cauldren and set it to simmer. It should turn black, before turning lilac." She told him.

I followed her instructions carefully, crushing the beans until they were juiced and not squashed. I put them on to simmer, and I looked up excitedly at Kaalee as I watched them turn to a lilac shade. "Look! They're purple now! Quick, what now?"

I gave her a suspicious look, but shrugged and followed her instructions, applying a thin layer of the lip balm.

(Sorry, I'm trying to reply as fast as possible, but I'm also typing up a group project for school at the same time.(: )

"Well, shit," I swore, catching her before she fell off the stool. Kiss her? I thought. What, was that lip balm some sort of antidote?
I shrugged and leaned down, placing a light kiss on her mouth. "You better wake up, Kaalee," I growled at her.

I punched the air. "YES! YES!" I shouted, doing my victory dance. "I need to get an O on these NEWT's!" I sighed and sat down beside her. "Oh and no problem. Thanks for helping me."

"Oh yeah. Names of healing ingrediets and what potions their used in. How to cure a meeting with a Dementer. This part is easier. And what potion is this.
Scarab beetles - Crush beetles with lacewing flies. Add crushed Snake Fangs slowly, carefully, pour in spoonful of Aqua Fortis. Dissolve completely. Mix in pamplemousse juice. Add a dash each of
beetle eyes
powdered bicorn horn
boomslang skin
crushed beetle eyes." She asked him.

"The first section should be a breeze," I told her. I had been doing healing potions since I had first come to Hogwarts. And before that I had watched them being made. "Just...that potion...does that cure dehydration?"

"Okay so I don't actually know what is in the Charms Final because I haven't taken it yet but...here are seventh level charms...they're all non-verbal." She told him.
